Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping: We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn footwear (showing any signs of wear)
- Customized or special order items
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
- All sandals (including regular and sports sandals)
Note: Sandals cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns once tried on.
Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product name, size/color
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage item in original box with all tags
- Include packing slip or order confirmation
- Ship to:

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. You’ll receive tracking information for your replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement
